Nothing. No work life balance. They say 9 to 5 job but make employees stay up-to 10pm saying client calls. For almost every day. The company encourages people to stay late and work but outside they show like they are employee friendly company

The company has few people from top management who are very biased and give opportunity to people from their native and screw others they don't like. The management has a platform for sharing any biases the employee feels. But even after many people raise complain..nothing happens because they are from top management. THIS IS TRUEand I suffered a lot here and hence resigned. Many of my colleagues faced this and left job.
