I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The company has a consistent pattern of delaying salaries, and if you inquire about it, you will be treated with humiliation as if you have committed a serious crime. If you are a developer or come from a technical background, be prepared for your salary to be delayed by 4-5 months from the date of joining.
