To become confirmed employee, you have to literally clean the manager and skip level manager. I joined this company initially. Then they gave us training for four days. Exams were conducted on whatever was taught in the training.Skill development improved greatly due to training and physical work.

As per the interview, the nature of the work was different in the company. The salary was very low for the work. There is no match between the job designation and the work there. One has to work standing for eight hours.No chance of sitting
