I don't advice, good for beginners to gain experience. experienced persons will not feel job satisfaction. Before proper introduction to teams you may have to engage on job. Roles and responsibilities are not clear at every department. People try to avoid taking tasks and divert their responsibility to some other. Work ethics are not followed, management pressure and customer escalation. There is no clear and realistic timing from marketing and frequent changes in customer requirements asking to urgent support, Every one work on fire fighting with management escalation

Hectic, unnecessary pressure and no cooperation and support from team members, most time happen to do other job. Like to baby sit and get work done for each and every task
