This company is a disaster in culture. There are bunch of employees who think they own the company and HR has no influence. There is no corporate governance.

The top management is very clear vision and keep transparent their thoughts.

Dislikes

Senior personals hijacking the project and do pingpong of SOP in their vote. Mainly brings their old employment belonging for their comfortable. No matter what the loss company is gaining. After few month they act like to management.

Dislikes

Freedom of smoking cigarettes openly by male and female friends will effect the new comers and will increase the numbers of disease for new generations. Need to minimize this at a point to avoid such things which is taking the role of fashion having open smoking. This is my opinion only.
