Its very unfortunate working with this organisation, the management people are very unprofessional they do not have an employee care culture, the treatment of the employees are very poor, working culture is very very poor. No proper guidance etc etc. totally up set with working the organisation and there is no job secure as far as my performance the management has not at all considered its very much dis-appointment. Management is approachable. Its awesome to work with Founders. Not much work related pressure. Given opportunities to bring new things to the table. Freedom is given to employees to work according to oneself as long as its giving results.

Dislikes

No growth plan for the employees. Company structure is not well laid. No job security. very poor man management at some regional offices.

After they sold off their meal business to Sodexo, there is ambiguity reg work for sales people and the management is using this tool for attrition. They basically want people to leave and i believe has also sacked employees without any transparent reason
