A big NO ! to someone who is looking for a review of this company. Don't Join if you have a family , friends. You will be asked to work 24/7 even if you are not on call. Even after logging out from the office, the manager calls while you are driving and will ask you to stop the vehicle and ask to work. Over night non stop alerts forP1 , P2 , P3 , P4, P5 for on call. Literally every 5 mins. Keep acknowledging forever policy. No cab facilities provided. Even if it is 100 kms from your place. You have to come by your own on time. On-call person should be a robot who doesn't sleep for more than a week. Senior managers take tablets to avoid sleep. Employees working here doesn't have families. I'm feeling that the CEO himself doesn't have a family to spend his time. Not employee friendly. To the clients who wants the Zeta product.
