If you're career-oriented, I don't recommend joining this company. You won't gain relevant experience or knowledge here. Despite putting in effort and hard work, you won't receive recognition or appreciation. Management favors employees they like, there's a lot of internal politics, and the pay scale is low. There's no work-life balance, and at times, you may start feeling suffocated and exploited. Do not have high expectations; just do your work, get paid, and switch to another company as soon as possible.
