there is nothing to like about working here apart from saying working in a fast growing firm

extreme micro management have no time consicousness that employees have life outside office - managers keep meetings at any time of the day even at 11pm and you cant attend online, you've to be in office only - when do we eat, spend time with family or sleep way too toxic about every manager comes from top leadership just wants to milk as much as possible, no employee friendly policies

1. Extremely toxic work culture 2. Nepotism is the root of Zepto. Incapable folks were hired by initial leaders and they keep pushing these guys only. Regardless of your capability and business impact, promotion will be given to their favourites. You can become favorite by ego massaging. 3. Forget your self respect if you’re joining Zepto.
