Anyone here working in Zepto, who can confirm this?

Tbh, I strongly feel this could be true due to a few reasons, 1: The harsh reply to this from the CEO indicating he is really pissed off 2: So many frequent funding rounds, I mean I agree Quick Commerce is a booming industry, but have we forgotten what happened with Byjus? 3: The high attrition rate of the company. What do you guys think?

You will get good hike when you join. ( But it became meaning less when you realize working hours going to 14-15 a day both including office time + WFH)

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. You have to work 10-11 hours at store and then attend meetings after returning home. Also you will get one week-off in 15 days. you have to join all meetings even on your week-off. Week-off simply a joke here.
