nothing is good. If you are a fresher or a 2-3 years of experience then you can survive for 2 years.

regional politics. Mostly Tamil and Mallu people are favoured since most of the managers are from Tamilnadu, Kerala and Andhra. Even the groups are formed in the similar way. The basic team building activity, eat lunch together. Nope. They go with the respective regional groups. Meetings as well conducted with the regional languages. Mostly Tamil. So it does not matter whether you are good at python or anything, you must learn an additional language to work here. i.e. Tamil. By the way, the office is in Bangalore(Karnataka). Technology is dead old. False hierarchy of roles. No hikes only peanuts No proper bonus No WFH there are many more...Read More
