Any time They will throw you out without any specific reason maximum two months they will pay you on time or just one time and after that Bosses will urge to look out for another company as next month you will receive salary or not , I can't promise and I am also looking for a good opportunity.

Instability and short time service irrespective of good performance.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
