Top Management is very progressive in their approach. Organization policies are good. PMS processes can be fair and transparent. It helps team members align with the strategic goals of the organisation really well.

Dislikes

Although there is a progressive and visionary leadership by the top management, there is a huge disconnect created by middle management to achieve them. Need to develop and empower team members at a team lead level. PMS processes can be more scientific than intuition driven. Organization need to focus on lot of training and development programs to build capabilities at all levels.

Job is interesting. Training is less but you learn on the job. Work life balance is pretty screwed up. People are asked to come to office even when they can work perfectly well from home in this covid situation.

Quality team culture is worst and toxic. QA head is very toxic guy he gets disturb if anyone in his team takes WFH . No promotion and increments. They will deduct the variable pay which is the part of CTC . No job security Office timing 9 am to 6 pm otherwise they deduct the salary.
