THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY @ ZEE ENTERTAINMENT. I FEEL THE EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THIS ORGANISATION FOR 14-15 YEARS AND ONE FINE MORNING THEY ASKED TO QUIT THE JOB FOR SIMPLY NO REASON. iNFACT PERFORMANCE IS ALSO EXCELLEDING DURING THE WHOLE TENURE

Quality team culture is worst and toxic. QA head is very toxic guy he gets disturb if anyone in his team takes WFH . No promotion and increments. They will deduct the variable pay which is the part of CTC . No job security Office timing 9 am to 6 pm otherwise they deduct the salary.
