Working with Zee Tv was a dream which came true but when Lock down started Zee tv cut down their employment and removed the permanent employees whoms last 4-5 years were left for retirement, and I'm the one employee from them who is jobless since past one year. Hoping that Zee Tv will do the needful with me giving me my job back.

Confused culture. Complete lack of empathy for employees. Owners and senior management wants to just fill their own pockets and they don't care about sustaining or growing the business at all.

No hikes. Yearly ratings are terrible as your manager will change multiple time so it will impact your variable pay also. 2024 no hike given to employees. No proper goals. No roadmap for future. As a result employees were layed off Poor management. And super politics
