Poor brand acceptance in the market, they only provide you the salary - zero benefits for the employees, very poor expenses structure for the sales people and need rigorous follow up for getting the expenses (this is more pathetic), no fixed policy - it always keeps changing, very very poor appraisal policy, huge politics in HO, etc etc...

Manager is not good at all, No team leader quality he is always like You are here because of me, otherwise u r nothing. Leaders also support only him, he always have mood swings And he created his positive image in Chennai and everyone is blindly following him. Best of luck
