3D Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling & Asset Creation: Design and create high-quality 3D models for characters, environments, props, and other assets based on project requirements and creative direction.
• Texturing & Shading: Apply textures, shaders, and materials to 3D models to achieve realistic or stylized results, depending on project needs.
• Lighting & Rendering: Set up lighting and render scenes using industry-standard tools and techniques to produce visually compelling and polished assets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other artists, animators, designers, and developers to ensure assets are integrated into larger projects, meeting both artistic and technical requirements.
• Optimization: Ensure 3D models are optimized for use across different platforms, maintaining a balance between visual quality and performance.
• Asset Management: Maintain an organized and efficient pipeline for managing assets, ensuring that all files are properly named and stored.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges related to 3D modeling, rendering, and asset integration.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and software to continue improving artistic and technical skills.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, ZBrush, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and discuss artistic work clearly.
