Working at Zara means working at a very advanced level where you don't need to use your brain but your physical body. It requires a lot of man work especially being a Visual Merchandiser. Also they provide leaves every 6 months to every staff which most companies don't follow. Work culture varies from person to person as the ones who speaks out gets benefited but the who doesn't gets suppressed. Overall you get to gain a lot of knowledge which is also very important and one must experience working at Zara at least once even if its for a short term....Read More

Dislikes

Training is a big task as there are so many things to learn working at Zara but sometimes it's not done properly. Career growth and appraisal is very bad even if the business is great they don't invest much on their employees. Because of rotation shift work life balance is tough. Also because of man power crunch one is asked to do other extra work which doesn't even come under his/her KPI.

Work Details

I was working as a Visual Commercial and initially I had a difficult time but because of my not giving up attitude I could give 7 months to the company though I'm thankful as I got to learn a lot of things and explore a lot on my fashion knowledge.
