Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

In Zara l dislike that In closing it will take little delay. Actually I am working in ZARA BRAND Phoenix Market city kurla west. When I and my team doing closing there will be little delay. I stayed in andheri. Because of travelling issues and closing delay I have to left the job from Zara ( but If I get a chance to workin I definitely ready to work in Zara brand) . But the Men Manager Sanjay sir is a very very best and excellent men he always help me and my team how we learn, how we treat customers with very good communication, how we talk with customer. In Zara store I have to maintain store, arranging garments with very size wise, in color and keeping garments in very proper manner. Handling customer queries, helping customers , maintaining trial room , cleaning all mesk of garments on floor etc
