Working culture is totally different from normal retail outlets.you need to be on your toes for your all working hours which is fine.you will have to do unnecessary stretch shifts for which they dont compensate.they offer leaevs as per thier choice not by your choice which is quite bothering.they treat you as slave and the worst part about it is that they asked you to punch out of biometric and then ask you to complete your work so nobody will get to know how many hours you hvae been working....Read More

Work Details

They give you rotational shifts morning to evening and the morning again and by the ways during thier stock deliveries stores open early may be 3/4/5 am so dont you dare to be ready with your resume saying that you are flexible .

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
