Likes

Working with Zara is a good option. There are great opportunities for growth. Pay scale is good.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal system so no yearly increment of salary. Job security is major issue. And work-personal life balance is not good just because of timing and work responsibilities. Thanks.

Nothing no personal life and no job security any time any one can be fired and main thing we have rotational shift so even have to come again office in morning after coming late night to home...they don't treat as human.
