Z1 Tech Has some great advantages to offer . Work is smoothly here . The Senior Management can be connected with ease . Office timing is flexible . One is made responsible by being accountable for the tasks assigned . Work-Life balance is essentially observed here . I can absolutely relax on the weekends without being bothered about work

Work Quality matters to me . I guide my team to invest more time in delivering qualitative output only a few employees may not be comfortable with that .
