Approaching individuals is easy and it resolves half the problems according to me. Opportunities to do niche work as well. Definitely a recommend "U will like to work here bcoz of the right work culture provided. Competition is taken in the healthy spirit.

There are minimal work-life benefits. Management is misleading, leadership lacks strength, and the products feels like a scam.

Pressure given to us if project deadline bcom tight. Then we have to do adjust. But if time mgmt. done properly then no major thing and it bcom managible place for exposure to latest technologies and tools. learning experience every time with access to client you getting chance of increasing ability and handling of the challenges not such that - getting along with colleagues has never been a problem. The work culture here is poor. Things change often here, so its to adjust. There's barely any option for working from home. No growth opportunities here. The company is struggling, with hight attrition rates. Many top managers have left due to a lack of scaling prospects in this a start up. Having worked at other startups before joining here, i can confidently say this place stands out. My previous experiences were often marred by chaotic management and lack of direction, but here, the environment is much more structured as well as the hustle. One of the key differences is the support system. At my previous startup, resources were often limited, and guidance was hard to come by. Here, the necessary resources and support are readily available, enabling us to tackle projects efficiently and confidently. Moreover, the work culture here is far more inclusive and collaborative. Firstly, I'm happy working here as compared to many other comments I see here. The company culture is open, you can speak your mind even to the founder and chro in their 1:1. The team is good and driven. The infrastructure is okay. While it might not be as flashy as some other startups, it is functional and meets the basic needs. Challenging environment is good for growth. Need to meet the expectations and your job is secure as job security is the most important aspect for employees. This company is good for career development. They were 14th on LinkedIn Top Companies last year. Free from micro management and they do not constantly torture which is very relaxing because in other startups where I worked they ask you every minute about your work.
