As a startup, the environment is challenging and has autonomy to operate. I get to manage my tasks around my own schedule. Helps a lot with delivering quality outputs. Leaders appreciate and actively acknowledge and praise hard work. Good Esops and comp as compared to the market. IPO plans should create good value in 2 yrs.

Dislikes

You need to get used to the hustle culture and handling pressure if you want to work in a startup. Frequent change in timelines disrupts plans. Too many meetings

Yubi's structure is built across multiple business. There is a chance to learn about all parts of the credit industry. Being a platform org there is a strong exposure to Tech driven solutioning. The company's growth from Rs 25 crore to Rs 490 in just four years is impressive. This fast growth and good esop value for everyone at IPO.

Quickly growing the business make it hard to focus on long-team planning, as the pressure to execute today takes priority. Saturday working for Sales team.

My journey is going well. The company is growing and expanding into new areas. The latest acquisitions were a big step and it's nice to work in a place that is thinking ahead and staying relevant. I have learned so much about how the credit market works. The senior management is also active and easy to reach out to.

Dislikes

Rapid growth and constant acquisitions make it hard to keep up with new systems and processes. You need to be adaptable and a quick learner.

The social side of things is nice here with regular fun activities and festival celebrations that help us relax and bond with everyone beyond work. The benefits provide good financial support and cover things like loans, insurance, and education support

Fast changes in processes. It is difficult to keep up. If something important comes up, you will need to work on the weekend as well. No WFH

It's a performance driven environment. Everyone from senior leader to co workers, is approachable. I have always had freedom to share ideas and know they'll be considered. The workload can be intense specially when we working on delivery projects like any company.You do see individual recognition

Things move quickly here. Hard to adjust to frequent changes. Very limited WFH option almost negligible

The work culture here is challenging but it's collaborative. Professional growth is priority, with ample learning on job. Management is apporachable and open communication. Felxibility in work hours but no WHO. In the unfortunate event of an employee's demise or permaent disability, the nominated beneficiary receives five years of the gross CTC.

Having worked at other startups before joining here, i can confidently say this place stands out. You can have a lasting connection with this company, but only if you keep up your good work, If you perform well like your superiors expect, there's nothing to stop you from growing here. company offers a reliable path for building a stable career I can work toward my career goals, learn new things, and be part of challenging projects.

The leave policy is poor. Getting leave approval is difficult, and you still get calls when on leave. You can only take 2 days off for religious or other occasions, with few holidays. Deadlines are too tight. There's no time for proper work, and features are undone due to unclear requirements. There's no learning or growth in my team. Exposure is good in terms of clients and technology. You will not be stuck doing the same thing for a long time. If you work hard, they make it clear that growth and advancement are possible here. And they support it with training and mentorship along the way. If you give results and working hard, they offer good support and guidance to improve and get promoted.

More preference is given to older employees which feels like favouritism is happening in office.

Approaching individuals is easy and it resolves half the problems according to me. Opportunities to do niche work as well. Definitely a recommend "U will like to work here bcoz of the right work culture provided. Competition is taken in the healthy spirit.
