Different person have different rules ,If you work hard you never get right appraisal , If you put paper continuously then they believe you have knowledge otherwise you wont get ,the work pressure is very high , continuously work in one week day night without any benefits. Its good for freshers, there is no value for employees who is working more than 3 years .Work life balance is very bad
