Not at all a pleasant work culture. Only numbers and targets are required from the employee and do not even care if the employee is feeling. Zero learning and salary benefits. Without even asking employees interest, they make them move to different team and ask them to start doing it.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
