No growth,no opportunities,no appreciation. Basically overworked and underpaid.

Work Details

For the first 3 years work was decent. Not much pressure. But the increments are very poor,no incentive,no appreciation for all the hard work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
