Good place to learn a lot because lot of challenges will be given and have to manage alone at site. Financially you can grow as well if you are in exports division and willing to travel 24/7.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less compared to the market price. If you travel abroad you will get some compensation otherwise it's peanut. Being a bachelor it's good company to learn and earn. Once married it's very difficult to manage work life balance. You will be forced to travel at any cost and if you deny then you will be either fired or screwed in different ways. Don't expect any respect from any of the affiliates or from customer since there's is no concept of backing up the engineers. You have to survive by your own....Read More
