Pros Job security , ease to get a loan from bank since it's a MNC , Cons Except no hike , will have high number of politics , bad management , not experienced hr and other admin employees , not much to learn have a pair of highlighters eg. Pink and blue are the best pair ,

Have 2.5 days leave never meant to take in critical condition, Not criticizing whole company just one department "J team " is very bad management , no salary hike low pay emotional damage
