Working here a person loose his self respect, dignity because the staff is being humiliated in front of everyone. They don't pay salary giving all the stupid reasons to stop pay. They don't appreciate you for anything you do.

Almost everything 1) Worst Work culture 2) Only hire interns give them a lot of work and assign work that is out of their domain 3) Ira Trivedi, makes fake Promises and insults you in front of everyone 4) No work Appreciation 5) She makes excuses at the time of payment and doesn't pay well

Really nothing to like here. It's the worst. Seriously, someone needs to show the founder how to actually run a company and manage a team.

Dislikes

It's just plain exploitation. The founder is the worst – thinks she knows it all but can't function without her team for even a minute. You lose all your self-respect, dignity, and peace of mind at once. She'll insult you in front of everyone, blame you for her own bad decisions, and pay you peanuts while imposing penalties for no reason.
