Different and innovative methods of imparting knowledge and friendly work environment. The marketing skills and techniques taught here are worth learning along with a practical experience.

Dislikes

It was not exactly a full fledged finance internship, 90℅ of it included marketing, while the rest 10℅ only consisted of share market knowledge, which I wouldn't say was not of my interest, but had more expectations of learning core financial work than what was offered. Would highly recommend this internship to students who want to choose marketing as their career, but not for finance students.

Great environment to learn about insurance industry. Good mentors, trainers and colleagues.

Dislikes

Nothing much. Maybe the only thing I disliked was that there should be more training lectures and more practical sessions like on-job-training type of thing.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It's a good company to work with the overall core values of the organisation is excellent.

Dislikes

The dislikes are very simple the management himself doesn't follow the core values that they ideally should be following. For few things there is no proper work culture. Certain things that they do is totally out of logic and even if it illogical they will still do it cause the management has decided to do so. Salary is not that competitive and we work for 14-15 hours to close everything. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends and theblast day of the month for which u are not compensated.
