1. Uniform system, 2. I card wearing - feels like school, 3. Work culture is toxic, 4. Give non profile releted work, 5. Hold bus 2-3 hrs during audits even not allow anyone with personal vehicle to go out, in this condition no coffee or OT given by management & this condition happened approx 10-15 days in a month, 6. Do place for time passers and women. Women can do whatever they want.

This is one of worst place to work, that I don't want to be in again. Very very Worst place I have ever seen. Especially the R&D centre, no freedom to work, no basic amenities like parking, employees has to park the vehicles on the roadside. Another Worst thing is employees will be treated as prisoners, securities has the power to shout at employees. Tea coffee will be available only during the break time. If anyone couldn't have drinks at that time, then they will not get later. New joinees benefits will not be given until they do continuous follow up for months. If they dont do follow, they will not get. No company customised t shirts given to all the employees. My suggestion to the people of Tyco, Molex, aptiv to don't even think about this company ever..
