Zero clarity on KRAs - You figure out the KRAs yourself 🫵 Worst business team - They don't have any manners to talk - often use bc, mc language on the floor | They don't want product teams | They reach out directly to tech for development - Not a PM fit company! Zero Job Security - You will be called anytime inside the cabin that your role is impacted even though they're making huge profits (Financial statements of a public listed company don't lie). If you are good at licking the boots of the management and business team then you are safe!!! Zero Promotion & Appraisals - They will waste your time by asking you to fill and go through the lengthy appraisal forms and processes but in the end, it will be delayed by next 6 to 12 months and after pushing, you will hardly get 2-3% appraisal. I have worked in Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd almost 2 years. Undoubtedly, it is good place to work. Hard work get recognition here. And growth perspective is also good.

No Appraisal or Effective from Oct No Job Security if you are not boot leaking Employee You never grow if you have no references or If you have, you can easily get Sr. Manager post without interview or even you are not from same background. High Level politics. HR Policies Worst, if you have any concern to them they just say your manager is your God. He/her can do anything whatever he wants.

There is nothing that a person can like about this company. Never ever join this company. This company is shit.

No appraisal firing each and every day culture is shit and nobody cares about you. Company wants you to work even on sundays and when you don't pick up the call head hr will call you next day.
