Yashmit is one of the best consulting firm I've seen till date. Best part of this firm is Recruitment. They don't charge or collect fees from candidates. And it is the genuine recruiting firm. The team is excellent and very responsive and provide assistance and guidance in every step. Good work environment, best team members, responsive. T hey provide management services. Teammates are supportive. Unfortunately management only creats the problems. Lots of politics. There is no value for employees. Work structure is bad. Management is failing to take wise decision. There is no appraisal no incentives. Inside the office non of the employees should not talk each other.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics from the management doesn't address employees issues and there is no proper work structure. Pathatic work environment, security, less salary, there is no value for the employees.
