Teammates are supportive. Unfortunately management only creats the problems. Lots of politics. There is no value for employees. Work structure is bad. Management is failing to take wise decision. There is no appraisal no incentives. Inside the office non of the employees should not talk each other.

Dislikes

...nagement doesn't address employees issues and there is no proper work structure. Pathatic work environment, security, less salary, there is no value for the employees.

Yashmit HRMS is one of the best platform to start the career as a fresher. The work atmosphere is absolutely good with colleagues and especially MD sir (Mahesh Manjula) & Head of HRM (Shilpa mam) she brings the best output from us. I'm glad to be part of this organization. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
