Flexible environment and incentive plans.

Dislikes

No holiday on saturday and sometimes i have to wait after working hours. Sometimes sunday also we dont get holidays otherwise the worl culture is good

The teamwork where everybody helps each other. There is healthy competition among the employees.

6 days working. And sometimes during holidays also we dont get leave. Eg - gudi padwa

No proper work culture and you have to go through OJT, if you clear it then it's good but if not then they will fire you and before they fire if you have given resignation over mail(spot resignation) then still it will not be accepted until and unless they fire you

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
