I really like the working for yanfeng because of there have an group making and working like family. There have injection moulding, ultrasonic welding and good experience of about team leading.

Dislikes

There haven't any facilities for traine like travelling etc.

Company is good and its name is very big in interior manufacturing system but the production department is worst and work load is more per person and the supervisior name .......is very bad person in comparison to attitude and talking skills and a big lier to the deputy manager he always make fool to the manager and hide his mistakeand always blame his mistakes to trainee in front of manager. Production staff is not at all good and supporting and target are everything for the company . I suggest not to work here in production department other wise tool room is good, fg dept is good and ,quality is also good but production dept is worst. They make work us like slaveCompensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes...Read More

Not at all good for work, if u good 1 hour late for the office the Hr dept will cut your salary for the whole day and if you work for the 12-13 hour in extra time then there will be no extra income and no C-off
