No work life Balance, No Career Growth, Lot of Politics, CEO does Micromanagement with RM's, RMs do Micromanagement with MM's. You can't Innovate, You can't grow here. They follow strict Hire and Fire Policies.

XSEED has a culture where anyone can walk up to anyone and discuss their concerns or doubts about the work. They also understand your personal life and give you an opportunity to work from home as well.

Dislikes

There is no growth in the organisation as such. People who can please their bosses, manage to stay in their bosses good books by massaging their egos have only chance to grow. Anyone can survive here but not everyone can grow. They can hire and fire at any time. They are not employee centric.

Usually my work is hectic. Long working hours, tough deadlines, no personal life while the project goes on. I am always on my toes to pitch in for extra work, helping other team members.

Nothing good in working with this company. They will talk in a very bad tune to you everyday your success will never be appreciated. They expect sales conversion everyday by everyone and even if you give your 100% for them they won't care unless you get them business. Very rigid policies, bad culture and worst management. No Job Security at all, they can ask you to put resignation any fortnight just like that, even if you are doing good and giving your 100%. Lot of Politics and favouritism, no Innovative as the work culture is very rigid even at RM level you are just a puppet. Zero work life balance. Ver y bad work environment, I am not sure if even a single employe is working happily with them. Bad travel policies, they don't communicate travel policies with you before you join and then you feel cheated. Food allowance policy is very very bad. No career growth as you end up in the same role for years and you can sent to any department within the company against your will just like that. I could adapt the tough culture since I believe in learning. Grew well in the company, was recognized by the clients as well as the company. Handled key accounts during my tenure as a senior trainer & later got the opportunity to prove my metal in sales.
