There are many. Bad management team which is recently appointed. Your direct manager decides your fate which is not supportive. People here don't know what's a direct sale and what's a concept sale. Rsm are not productive. Just dictators not leaders. No career growth

1-Respect that needs to be shown to the employees so not an employee friendly company. 2- Pathetic work life balance. 3- Big promises to the employees, fake policies & no adherence to the same!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
