Entrepreneurial culture with no micro-management whatsoever. Not a normal company for one who wants to be just a good employee and not an entrepreneur. Real companies are the ones that pave the wave while managing their employees with better culture, well-being and growth.

I think I don't have an eye to find dislikes in everything, so repeating it here: Xoxoday is not for everyone and not everyone is for Xoxoday. You have to change your behaviour, and personality to continue working here because with an old mindset you can't survive.

The culture, pay, perks and benefits, and the growth opportunities are both immense and transparent. The cofounders are easily accessible and place a lot of importance on being proudly people-first. They also walk the talk and are appreciative of honesty. Overall, there is a lot of work satisfaction.

Can find Negligency, Nepotism, Carelessness, in the people which leads to low productivity. Lack of planning
