Joke is they have MPI portion which never get increased.But company make sure that employee get just 50 percent at month end. And biggest part of salary is that amount only.Company has no intention to retain employees. Owner and management persons are enjoying sort of world tour in name of marketing. They are the only persons who enjoying in company. OPI company is giving for fixed salary only which is in actual half of the actual money paid by company monthly. Incentives used to be the only thing good about this company but now they have removed the incentive scheme as well. So, nothing good left to mention.

Everything. 1. No work life balance and night shifts. As per company policy u can apply for shift change after completing atleast 3 years but once you apply for shift change, u need to wait for 2-3 years to forever for approval. 2. Insane management. They treat the employees as Robots. They will call a employee for training at 5pm whose shift starts at 11pm and still the person has to complete his whole shift. U can't even extend your break for more than 1 hours. 3. Tremendous work pressure. Unrealistic ETAs and if you couldn't meet the ETA error will be reported which will get deducted from your salary. 4. No job security at all. In every 2 years you will be part of the layoff or will witness a massive layoff. 5. Leave are a joke here. Total 16 PTOs per year. No paid sick leaves. Only 5 days paternity leave. And for maternity u will get paid after 3 months of rejoining. I can write a book about the cons but it is of no use as you will still join the company after reading this because of the job scarcity. Pathetic work culture.. only sticking to following a checklist.. human errors are documented on a platform for no reason. The most dum thing they hire people on the floor to check if ur talking to each other. Expectation was to work in silence like a school. How dumb can people be.. interaction is the core value of any good team.. even if it's off work.
