The only positive thing about this job is the colleagues. They were really friendly and helpful in times needed. The team leaders were brilliant, humble and friendly as well.

I have seen 4 of my friends/colleagues getting terminated from the job for silly reasons in a matter of 3 months. Your voice is suppressed in this company. You can't express your opinion towards there illegal practices. I use the word illegal because we were asked to use misinformation to convert the leads into clients. They used topurchase the leads from other companies without any consent of these people, I found this as a violation of privacy. We had to handle a majority of angry leads because they never signed up to this company which in turn affected my mental health. I worked there for 4 months but they never paid my 4th month salary saying I didn't reach the sales target which is totally false. They will try to blame you for something you haven't done. Mr Varun Singh the MD of the company is the worst of them all. He will treat you more like a slave than a employee. He doesn't understand how to run a company, there is so much mismanagement, terminations and all the unnecessary drama in here. The company is good in terms of work life balance as nobody will ask you to work post your working hours .

The company is really bad in terms of clearing the salary on time . It is like going back and forth with the HR and begging for the salary every month . The salary was supposed to be cleared by 8 of every month but we used to receive it in 17-18 of every month . Also , they will ask you to do sale but don't give you the promised incentive.

Worst management definitely not a good place to work. Forget about salary and self respect if you are joining this place. Hardwork is neither recognised nor appreciated. They make you work like a slave. The company does not provide even a single benefit or facility for the staff. There are so many better places to work never ever join this organisation.

At the time of interview and joining they bluff about promotion and salary hike just for the sake of convincing the candidate to join even after working for more than 2 years you get nothing. Cunning money minded people.
