Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike except strict schedule. You need to always be on time if you don't want your salary to be deduced.

Dislikes

One thing I had been noticing about this firm is that it does not have a flexible working environment. I show how find it difficult to cope with it.

It's a year working with Oasis Resource Management, Delhi in the immigration department. I never felt like I was in the office, But I always feel that I am working from the office. Supportive management and excellent working culture.

Dislikes

No concerns as for now with regards to the working environment and facilities. Break timings are quite short. Time is not sufficient for those employees who have their lunch outside the office premises.

Unprofessional staff specifically senior HR Musfira who even don’t know about her work. I don’t know how she became a senior HR, she is not aware of anything what is happening in the office. Balwant is also one of the animal in that zoo.
