Well, the company culture at the HO and in Online Sales is very good! However, Offline Sales work culture is pathetic! Specially after Manu Jain moved to Global Sales and offline sales is taken over by Murali and Sunil Baby! It has worsened! However, it's exactly opposite to the Online Sales department and other departments!

Become a Horrible place to work.. Most of the change of senior management is from Samsung which has resulted in polluting of the culture and work ethics of the once progressively positioned work culture of Xiaomi. Death knell have been sounded.

HR not having a stand or intervening to correct things. Too much intrusion from Chinese HQ trying to micro manage things which little understanding of market realities. Culture of sycophancy and groups owing alliances to leaders.

No work life balance, work even on weekends, so much pressure , stress, low salary , very bad procedures on getting an approval for a creative it takes decades to get an approval so you get stuck on one work for a longtime and everything comes at the last moment which doubles your pressure stress and everything. Only for Brand name you can go for Xiaomi , nothing else benefit you
