They give salary on time... except that, nothing special at this organisation. It's purely third class organization..and third class management teams.

Dislikes

1) First of all Xiaomi Technology India Pvt Ltd is most third class organization I havel ever seen in my career. 2) This company treats employees just like school college students. Every time managers ask only schemes, and if employee are not able to reply on scheme they give pip mail and terminates from the service. 3)They don't give any value to your Educational qualification and past exposures. 4) There is salary discrimination among same designation employees with similar years of experience. 5) In fact I have seen one thing tha state head got promotion to zonal head and he was taking care of 2 states and after that he got promotion for HO role. Again he got demotion role in his career and became small zonal manager and taking only one states..this also major example of messy management of this organisation. 6) no appraisal and no bonus .. 7) biggest defaulter is current COO..he doesn't have any sustainable branded organization working experience. No job security, they want one person to manage 2 states alone, plus they give any rso and upper management can change the commitment anytime into thrash..

Dislikes

No clear goal, after not having stock for whole year, upper mgt needs the same numbers tgt to be achieved, change of commitment anytime, no job security at all.

It's Good on working experience but need to improve Xioami products delivery to Retailer is not Good. For employee lot of pressure on work on midnight also need to be share the data of work.and lot of Zoom calls daily 4-5 calls need to attend

No time to spend with family always be on working at any day and any time
