If you are lucky enough to fall on a good team, you can some how adjust to have a decent work life balance or else you are doomed.

This company have the worst management. The HR department doesn't even care about the employees. They have build few work policies which have legal loopholes where they can make a huge profits from the deductions of your salary. They offer you company benefits just in the papers but you won't receive it. Regarding the work life balance, If you are lucky enough to fall in a good team you can have a decent work life balance. If you are an animation art enthusiast better not choose here cause you'll feel like a machine job and they'll literally ask you to give them a huge quantity of work than a good quality of work. You might even have to work on Saturdays and don't even think about any bonuses or OT on that....Read More

Its just that you have be lucky to join the project in xcentrix they don't look at the skills they just randomly move people to the project.... Please don't waste your time thinking about this company it sucks...

I didn't like anything think about it no job security they hire u and they fire u when they want. No time to time work always pressure u to do more work. It's very good experience.....for junior animator and mid this is very good platform for improving and seeking their skills
