Not much to like about, a few good projects but you have to be lucky, not much support since lockdown, set up your own wfh and start working, God knows if they will compensate us for the internet bill,

I think its the same everywhere but work life balance is 20% here, could use an upgrade on the hardware side, labor attitude towards artist, appreciation is more like an eye wash,

they sure do push you to the end, you learn to catch up but its a lot of mental stress, Saturdays too now, one day is not sufficient, no set time, some days you sit till 9 and expect to be back by 8 next day morning,

If you are lucky enough to fall on a good team, you can some how adjust to have a decent work life balance or else you are doomed.

This company have the worst management. The HR department doesn't even care about the employees. They have build few work policies which have legal loopholes where they can make a huge profits from the deductions of your salary. They offer you company benefits just in the papers but you won't receive it. Regarding the work life balance, If you are lucky enough to fall in a good team you can have a decent work life balance. If you are an animation art enthusiast better not choose here cause you'll feel like a machine job and they'll literally ask you to give them a huge quantity of work than a good quality of work. You might even have to work on Saturdays and don't even think about any bonuses or OT on that....Read More
