Xbridge is always been my second home. The work culture is too good. During my 8 yrs tenure its been absolutely amazing to work with some great colleagues . I have learned a lot.

I have started my second journey of my career with XBRIDGE in 2014 , I have joined as part-time counselor and from 2016 I promoted to full time center IN charge in head office . It was a great journey of five years with XBRIDGE , specially I want to mention about our Director Rahul sir , he is a motivator and he has a special quality to take risk and make everything possible , impossible word is not their in his dictionary. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
