My opinion , I have worked in store.HO management is very poor of their work. They actually don't know how to work in systematic. No ISO standard maintain at site. Till now I don't know who is my reporting boss. Company is very good but Management is very poor.

Design persons work hard but not appresal not increment not good Salary excuse for problems. I suggest design related persons not join in company my 7 year experience this company but All management treat just like freser feel. Join in Retainership not permanent.

I have started working in WPIL as an apprentice trainee. Now I am working in the production department, manufacturing of submersible motor and pumps. Appraisal, working environment, work-life balance is good.

I haven't found anything to dislike in WPIL.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not givin to new joinees.

The Workload is not properly distributed, those who work sincerely is overloaded for which they have to spend more time in office, no extra benefit is given to them, appraisal is not properly done for which they get demoralised. Growth for them is slow.

Generally speaking my work is hectic,challenging & sometimes boring also. I have to keep myself on my toes till the materials are received in time so that our production do not suffer.
