Its a growing company and becoming famous day by day. Staff and top management is friendly.

Dislikes

Careerwise not good opportunities are given to employees. Salary payment and appraisal is very late. Politics also prevails in the organization. Work and life balance is hard to maintain. Very less holidays are given like national holidays are also working day here.

There is nothing to grown yourself management was really worst, no one for support, with un graduated staff, team wasn’t aware to how to behave and talk with customer because no one there for tell them, and with un graduated staff what you expect because they just have only one mentality they found another job better then this staff salary not good.

WM foods seriously needs improve its ethics, people and culture. Trainers are treated like store team members they expect you to work like mnc trainers and do work of store team members at store. Top management is seriously lethargic towards ground level employees who are working at the store for 10-12+ hours . Sales incentive is the biggest scam , they will not give your bonus for more than 6months ,. Incentive and Travel reimbursement are just another scam in which you will be told to do the payment and you will get it in next month,trust me you won't be getting your expenses for 6-8 months, Store members are not getting even 3 leaves in month which is their right and promotion hahahha, what should I say you won't be getting promoted here and even if you get you won't be getting any hike. Doesn't matter you are in which department you will be told to sell momos Most of the national leaders don't have much experience they were just team members at one time and now they are ops leader so you won't be learning anything from them also...Read More
